Shower Steamers

☙ Shower Steamers ❧

Shower steamers are great for a quick and relaxing aromatherapy session. Simply place one in your shower on the floor out of the direct stream of water. The steamer will begin melting and release essential oils into the steam. If there's still some steamer left over after your shower, put it in a dry place until your next shower.

These are larger shower steamers, each one is approximately 2.5" x 2.5" x 1" (approx 3.5 oz)
Depending on how long your showers are, one will most likely last for multiple showers.

Sage can stimulate and clarify the mind. It is soothing and promotes a sense of balance, and can also ease negative moods.  Lavender is soothing, it reduces stress and calms the mind. It can help balance hormones to reduce feelings of tension and depression for some. Due to the calming and relaxing properties of lavender, it can also work as a sleep aid.
